About the programme

This training package is a more in-depth approach than the Bespoke Training Package. As well as an individualised training programme you will be set targets for creating better habits, developing your recovery protocols and becoming more aware of the importance of your sleeping patterns. Taking a deeper dive into the factors outside the gym and how these dynamics effect your overall performance and what you do inside the gym.

Day 1

Warm Up:

  • 3 Rounds
  • 10 Hamstring Bridges
  • 10 Reverse Lunges (5EL)
  • 10 Pike Press Ups
  • 10 (Light) DB Snatch
  • 20 Double Unders

Workout: For Time

  • 7 Min AMRAP:
    • 12 Alt-Arm DB Snatches (30/ 20)
    •  36 Double Unders
